Welcome to MySponsored. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of mysponsored.com and the services provided through the MySponsored platform.

By creating an account or using MySponsored, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not create an account or use the platform.

1. About MySponsored

MySponsored is an online platform designed to help Sponsors and people seeking sponsorship, support, communication and opportunities discover and connect with one another.

MySponsored provides platform functionality and does not guarantee that any user will receive sponsorship, financial assistance, a relationship, a particular opportunity, or any other specific result.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using intentionally false or misleading information, or use another person's account without authorization.

3. Sponsor and Seeker Profiles

Users may use MySponsored as Sponsors or as people seeking sponsorship or support. Profiles may contain information supplied by users, including personal descriptions, goals, interests, relationship preferences and other profile information.

Users are responsible for the information, photographs and other content they publish or submit to the platform.

4. User Conduct

You must not use MySponsored to commit fraud, threaten or harass others, impersonate another person, distribute malware, violate another person's rights, unlawfully obtain personal information, or engage in activity prohibited by applicable law.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or to address violations of these Terms or applicable law.

5. Communications and User Interactions

MySponsored may provide messaging and other communication features. Users are responsible for their communications and for deciding whether and how to interact with other users.

MySponsored is not a party to private arrangements or agreements made directly between users unless the platform expressly states otherwise.

6. Coins

MySponsored may use a platform balance identified as Coins. Coins may be used for eligible features and services made available within MySponsored.

Coin deposit requests may require payment verification and administrative approval before Coins are credited to a user's account.

A submitted payment or deposit request does not by itself mean that Coins have been credited. MySponsored may review payment information before confirming a deposit.

7. Tokens

MySponsored may also use a balance identified as Tokens. Tokens may be earned, credited or otherwise made available through eligible platform functions.

Where the platform provides a Tokens-to-Coins conversion function, conversion is performed according to the rate displayed by the platform at the time of conversion.

8. Withdrawals

Eligible users may submit Token withdrawal requests where this function is available. Withdrawal requests are subject to the requirements, minimum amounts, verification procedures, payment methods and other conditions displayed by MySponsored at the time of the request.

MySponsored may review a withdrawal before marking it as paid. Applicable network or transaction fees may be recorded as part of the withdrawal.

If a withdrawal request is rejected through the platform's review process, Tokens deducted for that request are returned to the user's Token balance according to the platform's withdrawal process.

9. Identity Verification

MySponsored may require identity verification for certain functions, including financial or withdrawal-related functions. Verification may require identity documents, photographs or other information reasonably necessary to verify identity and prevent misuse.

Submission of verification information does not guarantee approval.

10. Packages, Promotion and Trial Access

MySponsored may offer account packages, promotional features and trial access. The applicable duration, price, eligibility and included functionality are those displayed by the platform when the package or promotion is activated or purchased.

11. Partner Program

MySponsored may operate a referral or Partner Program. Rewards and eligibility are determined according to the program rules and settings applicable at the relevant time.

Fraudulent, automated, manipulated or otherwise invalid referral activity may be rejected and may result in restriction of Partner Program access.

12. Payments, Errors and Reviews

Users are responsible for checking payment details, destination information and transaction information before submitting a payment or withdrawal request.

Where a transaction requires administrative review, MySponsored may request reasonable information necessary to verify the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

13. Content and Platform Rights

Users retain responsibility for content they submit. By publishing content through MySponsored, you authorize MySponsored to process, store and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service and provide the functionality you request.

The MySponsored name, platform design, software and platform-owned materials may not be copied or exploited without authorization except where permitted by law.

14. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, modify or discontinue platform features. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, security concerns, misuse, legal obligations or violations of these Terms.

16. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the MySponsored Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the platform, applicable requirements or services change. The current version will be published on mysponsored.com with an updated revision date.
